Damaged Goods Policies

Exterior Damage: On receipt of items that you ordered, inspect the package for obvious damage; note any visible damage. Report any discovered damage to your freight carrier and also contact us.

Unpacking and Assembly (if required):During the unpacking and assembly process inspected for damage and note any deficiencies. Report any damage discovered to us.

Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipments are normally made from 1 to 2 days after receipt of order.

HOWEVER, due to the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak, some unforeseen shipping delays may occur.  

IN ADDITION -- Many Drive-Brand Parts are taking MUCH longer due to a recent warehouse relocation. When a shipment is expected to be more than one-week out, we will do our best to notify you.

Some low-volume replacement parts are shipped directly from the manufacturer and could take up to three weeks. Customers are notified in the case of back-orders or any unusual delay.

Method: US Standard Ground Shipping such as US Postal Services, UPS, or FedEx Ground

Cost: Shipping costs are flat rate ranging from "no charge to $29.50 depending on the product. Cost for shipment in or to Canada may be higher.
