1. Locate the thin strap beneath the rollator seat
2. The strap is connected to a thin black metal bar 
3. Firmly pull upwards on the strap and the rollator will collapse and fold
4. Lifting Strap is NOT for Lifting or Carrying the rollator.  It is ONLY a Folding Assistance Strap.
