Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping Rates – US 48: Ship charges are “flat rate” ranging from $0 to $24.95 depending on the Product. They are automatically included as the order is processed.

Shipping Rates – Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: EXTRA Ship charges are required. On packages weighing 1 oz. to 4.9 lbs, Extra charges range from $10 to $27.50 according to a rate table at this link: https://www.ezwalkerrollators.com/ezw-akhi-ship  . For packages weighing 5.0 lbs and over, extra ship charges are QUOTED and COLLECTED  AFTER ORDER has been placed.. 

Shipping Rates – Canada (All Drive-Brand Products and Medline-Brand PARTS Only): Ship charges ranging from $2.95 to $24.95 (USD) are automatically included as the order is processed. Shipments to REMOTE PROVINCES, SOMETIMES require extra ship charges.

Shipping Rates – Canada (Car Carriers): Ship charges ranging from $65 to $75 (USD) are automatically included as the order is processed. Shipments to REMOTE PROVINCES, SOMETIMES require extra ship charges.

Shipping Rates – Canada  (All Other Products not mentioned above): Generally, Extra charges are required. Extra charges are QUOTED and COLLECTED AFTER ORDER has been placed.

Shipping Lead Times: Normally, items ship within 1 to 3 days after receipt of order. HOWEVER, due to the unprecedented challenges of worldwide supply chain issues, some unforeseen delays may occur. 

Shipping Notifications: Tracking information is provided ASAP after shipment. Customers are notified in the case of back-orders or any unusual delay.

Shipping Methods: We use Standard Ground Shipping with Carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Express Shipping: EXCEPT for Knee Scooters, Express Shipping is NOT AVAILABLE. 

Damaged Goods Policies:

Exterior Damage discovered on Receipt: Inspect the package for obvious damage; note any visible damage. Take Photos. Report any discovered damage to your freight carrier and contact us as well.

Damage Discovered during Unpack or Assembly: During the unpacking and assembly process inspected for damage and note any deficiencies. Report any damage discovered to us.
