If you are not satisfied and wish to return the product, items in new condition and in original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED for the iWalk Hands-Free Crutch Alternative product.
Credit excludes shipping and handling charges; a restocking fee usually applies. Restocking fees range from 0% to 25% depending on the manufacturer and timing of return. Medline, Guardian and Weil brand restocking fees have a $25 minimum. Warranty returns are not subject to restocking fees.
Returns for credit must be authorized by the manufacturer and backed up by a Return Goods Authorization number.

Cancelled Orders Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. A small cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation fee is $2.50 (+ 3.5% for American Express only.)
Back Orders Policy
If your item is on back-order, you will be notified of the back-order condition. At that time you may select one of the following options:
1. Choose another product to be shipped now.
2. Wait until the item is in stock and then it will be shipped.
3. Receive a refund for the full purchase price
For deliveries in Tennessee, sales tax is charged at the rate of 9.5%.
For deliveries in the following states a sales tax of 4% to 7% may be charged (depending on product brand): CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NB, OH, OK, PA, NJ, NY, RI, TX, UT, VA, WA
For deliveries in Canada, some items carry HST or GST taxes.
